Bringing together Public, Private, & Philanthropic Partners for Scalable
Health Impact in Ghana
AYA is a collaborative health platform that helps strengthen prevention, early detection, and integrated care for non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in Ghana. By uniting public, private, and philanthropic partners under strong government leadership, AYA supports scalable solutions tailored to Ghana’s health system.
We work with the Ghanaian Ministry of Health, the Ghana Health Service, and other national stakeholders to ensure sustainability and ownership. We drive country-wide improvements—developing guidelines, training manuals, advocacy efforts, and supporting equipment needs
Regional Level
We partner with Regional Health Management Teams to organize disease-specific training and mentoring, ensuring health workers have the skills and tools to deliver quality NCD care.
Ashanti Region
We support Networks of Practice to develop and test scalable models for delivering chronic care along the entire patient pathway.
